Cable Lateral LungeAttach an ankle cuff strap to your right ankle. Your left leg remains unbound. Position yourself where your right leg will pull away as you move laterally. Lean – Lean to the right and push your right leg out laterally, pushing your hips back and keeping your chest up, and drop into the lateral thrust position. With the left leg extended, you must push your weight into the right leg. When the right leg is finished, switch to the left leg. |
Cable SquatAttach the cable ankle strap to the right ankle. The left leg will remain unstrapped for stability. Position yourself where your right leg will be away from the machine when you move laterally. Drop into squat position. As you drop into the squat, pull your right leg out laterally.
