No, we wouldn’t advise this. This is a very heavy unit. It’s best to decide where you would like this unit prior to assembly.

What is the pulley ratio?

This unit has a 2:1 resistance ratio. With dual weight stacks of 200 lbs each, this is enough weight to challenge even the experienced lifter.

Which bench do you recommend with this FT?

We offer several adjustable bench options. The XM-7630, XM-9022, and XM-9010 are great choices. Any of these would work great with this unit.

Does the XM-7626 come with any accessories?

Yes, included are handle straps, long handle straps, triceps rope, short bar, long bar, leg curl strap and an ankle strap.
